What we keep
Your account (name, email or username, the business you told us about), your GST registrations, and the files and months you upload to your workspace: marketplace reports, bank statements, invoices, GST returns and what KashClick made from them.
What we do with it
Only what you use KashClick for: reading your files, building your returns, books and reports, and keeping them for next month. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to advertise to you.
Who can see it
You, and the people you give a login to in your workspace. Each client sees only their own books. KashClick staff look at your data only when you ask for help with it.
Your Tally
Your Tally company stays on your own computer. The KashClick Connector links it to your account only while you are signed in, and nothing is sent to Tally until you press send.
Keeping it safe
Your workspace is backed up every day. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never as they were typed.
Your choices
You can download what KashClick made for you at any time, and ask us to close your account and delete your workspace.
